Delete your Learn Sewing account and data

How to request deletion
In the app
- Open Learn Sewing and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to You, then Delete account.
- Confirm Delete account. Keep the app open and connected until it confirms completion.
The app requests deletion of your synced learning data and saved gallery, then your sign-in account and app-owned data on this device. If a request fails or you are offline, reopen the app with an internet connection and follow its retry instructions. A remaining account-deletion or reauthentication warning means there is still a step to complete.
Without the app
Email contact.rstreamlabs@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account - Learn Sewing. You do not need to reinstall the app.
- Send from the address you used to sign in. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include your private relay address from Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership. We reply and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Never signed in? Use You > Reset to erase app-owned local data. Analytics, diagnostic, video-service or purchase records may still exist outside your device; email us for help with those records. Uninstalling the app does not delete a signed-in server account.
What the in-app account deletion removes
- Your sign-in account after successful authentication-service deletion.
- Synced learning progress, favourites, onboarding answers and preferences.
- Projects and photos saved to your synced private gallery.
- App-owned local data on the device where you delete.
Records that need separate handling or may be retained
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- Purchase records: Apple, Google and our subscription processor may retain transaction records for accounting, tax, security and fraud prevention.
- Usage and diagnostics: analytics and crash-reporting services may retain records after account deletion. Some usage is associated with an account identifier; deleting sign-in does not automatically erase it. Contact us to request assistance.
- Backups: erased server data may remain in retained backups until they expire.
- We will explain any applicable legal retention exception when handling your request.
